Affiliate Marketer

Our client, an online Binary Options company based in Tel Aviv, is looking for an experienced affiliate manager with Mother tongue English.

Job Purpose:

• Identify suitable affiliates.
• Consult with existing affiliates in identifying their individual needs and in helping them draw traffic to their site
• Key Responsibilities:
• Inform (phone, email, web site) affiliates of ongoing and upcoming promotions, and on occasion, develop customized incentives to motivate affiliates to participate
• Develop a targeted, tiered list of prospective affiliates to work with and put together a sales and marketing plan on how to attract and retain them
• Develop marketing programs to draw traffic from top tier affiliates

Person Specification:

• English – mother tongue
• Affiliate relationship management experience essential.
• Minimum 2 years experience managing affiliates.
• Strong negotiation and analytical skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Creative problem solver and team player
