Italian Affiliate Account Manager
Job Purpose:
- Identify suitable affiliates.
- Consult with existing affiliates in identifying their individual needs and in helping them draw traffic to their site
- Key Responsibilities:
- Inform (phone, email, web site) affiliates of ongoing and upcoming promotions, and on occasion, develop customized incentives to motivate affiliates to participate
- Develop a targeted, tiered list of prospective affiliates to work with and put together a sales and marketing plan on how to attract and retain them
- Develop marketing programs to draw traffic from top tier affiliates
Person Specification:
- Italian – mother tongue
- On-line gaming industry experience essential.
- Minimum 2-3 years experience managing an affiliate program preferred.
- Substantial list of direct contact details and relationships with affiliates
- Strong negotiation and analytical skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Creative problem solver and team player
